Under an OEM partnership with eXo Platform signed in 2015, MAGIQ fully customised and integrated the eXo Platform into its cloud offerings, using eXo’s documentation, developer training and consulting to deploy rapidly. The eXo Platform collaboration delivered fast go-to-market, 24/7 support and regular updates, enabling quicker customer response times and driving higher user adoption, engagement and improved customer service.
