CRAAQ, the Reference Center in Agriculture and Food-processing Industry of Quebec, needed to replace an aging tool with a modern, easy-to-use and secure community portal to centralize information, promote knowledge sharing and foster collaboration across its agricultural and food-processing ecosystem. To meet these requirements, CRAAQ selected eXo Platform for a comprehensive collaborative solution and support.

eXo Platform implemented a secure, agile community portal with a community-by-community rollout, launching the ARTERRE pilot in May. Today the pilot hosts about 100 active users sharing documents and notes, and CRAAQ plans to expand to roughly 2,000 users with about twenty themed communities and a global space to connect everyone. eXo Platform’s modern interface, security and hands-on support accelerated adoption and centralized access to CRAAQ’s knowledge base.
