HSBC France needed a secure, user-friendly platform where employees and former employees could access and manage retirement plans, view real-time portfolio information, and allocate investments across multiple risk-profiled vehicles. To meet this challenge S2E selected eXo Platform — an open-source collaboration hub that integrates with vertical pension management tools — to act as the central collaboration and access layer for its retirement management applications.

S2E implemented eXo Platform as the foundation for the pensions portal and deployed it to all HSBC France employees and ex-employees; today the service supports more than 50,000 users with usage growing about 25% per year, providing real-time portfolio access and secure investment allocation in a single, extensible solution. eXo Platform’s unified collaboration features and easy integration have also enabled similar rollouts for other major banks and insurers.
