eXo Platform delivered a tailored enterprise social network—automatically connecting employees, enabling lively company-wide activity streams, mobile/external access, and a two-month launch with ongoing customizations—making the intranet the hub for initiatives like the company’s 30th anniversary. Within a year half of iN DEMAND’s employees adopted the new intranet as part of their daily routine, an internal survey found over 50% said they got the most out of it, and onboarding improved as new hires explore the knowledge base instead of meeting each department individually, helping break down silos and speed information dissemination.
