Bouge ta Boite, a 100% female business network of nearly 2,000 “Bougeuses” across 120 local circles, needed to replace a rigid tool with a more intuitive, dynamic and customizable community platform to boost engagement and collaboration. They selected eXo Platform for its user-friendly, uncluttered interface, autonomous administration and extensive collaboration capabilities.

eXo Platform rolled out its collaborative community solution with branding, gamification and features for videoconferencing, project/task management and co-editing, supported by about 30 ambassadors and a phased migration of over 200 workspaces. The vendor’s implementation is enabling the move of almost 2,000 members to the new platform, improving independent community management and driving higher interaction and long‑term adoption through eXo Platform’s engagement tools.
