Cerfrance Seine Normandie, a leader in consulting and chartered accountancy, chose eXo Platform to build its new digital workplace

Cerfrance Seine Normandie, a regional member of the Cerfrance network with 600 employees, needed to transform its intranet into a corporate portal and launch an enterprise social network and collaboration hub to improve teamwork, cross-functionality and knowledge sharing. To build this new digital workplace (branded “Concerto”), Cerfrance Seine Normandie selected eXo Platform after product demonstrations and a two-month evaluation.

eXo Platform delivered an all‑in‑one digital workplace combining social, collaboration and knowledge management features and supported the project with consulting on use‑case mapping, adoption planning, deployment and training. The platform was rolled out to ambassadors and then to all 600 users in September 2020; since launch eXo Platform has enabled wide adoption during COVID‑19 remote work, faster access to information, stronger collaboration across departments and positive user feedback as teams build a shared knowledge base.
