C-Log (Groupe Beaumanoir) builds a logistics extranet

C-Log, the logistics subsidiary of the Beaumanoir Group, needed to modernize an aging logistics extranet (Extra-Log) to offer a powerful yet user-friendly SaaS platform for brands and third-party clients. To meet this challenge, C-Log and integrator JNesis selected the eXo Platform as the open-source, Java-based portal foundation, leveraging its integrated content management and social features.

Using the eXo Platform, JNesis delivered a B2B extranet that links to a warehouse management system, provides an interactive dashboard and QlikView BI reporting, and consolidates actions into a single user interface. The initial version was delivered in 18 months; less than a year after launch the portal logged more than 16,000 sessions and 300+ active users, several hundred daily logins, and now handles over 80% of service requests via Extra-Log—demonstrating the eXo Platform’s measurable impact on C-Log’s operations.
