APAS BTP, a multi‑site social‑services association in the Paris region, needed a single place for end users to communicate, collaborate and share knowledge across diverse activity centres and disparate internal tools while reinforcing its employer brand. To address this, APAS BTP chose eXo Platform and deployed the Comity digital workplace hosted in the eXo cloud, with Office 365 connectivity.

eXo Platform delivered Comity with features such as news, spaces, activity streams, document management and built‑in chat/video, accessible on laptops and mobile devices. The platform unified access to tools and documents, enabled real‑time communication and collaboration across sites, and created a living repository of institutional memory—improving knowledge sharing and strengthening APAS BTP’s employer‑brand cohesion, supported throughout rollout by eXo Platform.
