IMAS NV Selects Exinda to Simplify IT Operations and Improve Quality of Experience

IMAS NV, the IT operations arm of Van Genechten Packaging—a European folding carton specialist with 13 sites and roughly 2,500 devices—faced persistent ERP slowdowns and jittery VoIP that were hurting productivity for 1,500 employees. After repeated attempts with a Blue Coat PacketShaper failed to resolve these application performance issues, IMAS needed a simpler, centrally managed solution that local IT correspondents could use without deep networking expertise.
