CTI Foods is a prepared-food manufacturer with about 1,500 employees across seven U.S. plants connected by an MPLS network and a central data center in Texas. The company wanted to roll out high-definition video conferencing to improve cross-plant collaboration but faced limited bandwidth, slow access to large centrally stored files, and inefficient multi-site backups that hurt productivity.
