Large South African Mining Corporation engaged Exigent Group Limited to help coordinate a due diligence exercise for the disposal of mine assets. The challenge involved managing a very large volume of documentation, tracking requests across business units, and keeping the process organized for external legal review.

Exigent Group Limited provided commercial support by mobilizing staff quickly, sorting and indexing documents, uploading them to a secure data site, maintaining the due diligence questionnaire, and assigning unique IDs and naming conventions to each file. The project had already handled 16,060 documents over 1,045 hours with one permanent staff member and five temporary staff members, while ongoing monitoring, additional document processing, and query management continued to support the process.
