Pulse Fitness, a UK public leisure operator, needed to replace an old-fashioned paper-based enrolment process and manage finances more efficiently across multiple clubs and local authority operators. Exerp provided the platform used to modernize the operation and support a more streamlined, secure, and centralized approach.

With the Exerp SaaS platform, Pulse Fitness moved to a paperless on-the-fly enrolment process, while financial transactions were automatically exported to the external accounting system and revenue-split reports were generated for local authorities. Exerp also removed the need for expensive IT infrastructure, supporting 31 clubs and 35K members on one IT platform for multiple operators.
