Holmes Place, Europe’s leading wellness brand, needed to replace multiple legacy systems with a centralized member management platform to better support its “Members First” approach and growth across its network. In 2012, Holmes Place selected Exerp from more than 100 IT suppliers to implement the Exerp platform as its new central member management system.

Exerp delivered a unified member management solution for Holmes Place, streamlining systems and processes across the group. The implementation supported 89 clubs, 275K members, and operations in 7 countries, helping Holmes Place strengthen the backbone of its vision to “inspire people to live well.”
