Actic, a fitness chain operating across Scandinavia, needed to consolidate its Swedish and Norwegian operations into one centralized IT platform. The project required replacing legacy systems while supporting a large club network and a member base of more than 220,000.

Exerp delivered the fast-track implementation, including two major data conversions, training, and rollout of club computers and peripherals such as signpads for paperless enrollment. Exerp completed the project on schedule and to the client’s satisfaction, helping unify IT across 177 clubs in 4 countries and replacing 2 IT systems.
