Telemarketing Call Center - Customer Case Study

Telemarketing Call Center, one of the largest telemarketing operations in the Greek market with over 600 agents, needed to distribute agents across multiple locations while retaining centralized control and using predictive dialing to maximize sales production. They engaged Exelysis to provide the Exelysis Contact Center (ECC) and predictive dialing capabilities to address these challenges.

Exelysis implemented ECC on a private cloud with direct connections to each location, centralizing provider lines, infrastructure and network while leaving only agents’ equipment and local networking on-site, and integrated Exelysis predictive dialing with the customer’s custom CRM. The solution improved agent productivity and sales output through Exelysis’s predictive algorithm, minimized infrastructure costs via cloud economies of scale, and enabled fast, flexible upsizing or downsizing of locations.
