Leading Investment Banking and Brokerage Service Company, a market-leading Greek investment bank and brokerage house, needed to replace an outdated telecom system with a unified, secure and highly available platform covering an IP PBX for 500 users, conference and recording, fax server, encrypted auditing, contact center/IVR, remote branches and home users, and a DR site. After an RFP, the Customer selected Exelysis and its solutions (notably Exelysis UCS and Exelysis Contact Center) for delivering a next‑generation, fully integrated telecom stack.

Exelysis deployed Exelysis UCS in an Active‑Active server configuration plus Exelysis Contact Center, Exelysis Auditing Platform, Conference, Fax Server and Remote Users, delivering voicemail‑to‑email, SIP TLS/SRTP encryption, VPN remote users, provisioning, video calls, and an automated IVR. The implementation supports an IP PBX for 500 users, conference capacity of over 200 concurrent participants and 50+ virtual rooms, and 100+ concurrent faxes, with PKI‑encrypted recordings and centralized/local auditing. As a result, the Customer modernized infrastructure, expanded operations, achieved regulatory compliance and transparent secure recording, improved multi‑channel customer communication, centralized management across branches, and gained these capabilities without large additional capital expenditure.
