Southern Greece's National Highway, a more than 300 km roadway with 10 toll stations and an existing SCADA management system, needed a complete telecom infrastructure covering the Head Office, toll stations, parking and emergency phones, plus integration of telecom operations with SCADA. Exelysis was chosen to deliver the solution, deploying Exelysis Contact Center (ECC) and Exelysis UCS appliances.

Exelysis implemented ECC and UCS at the Head Office and each toll station, deployed specific devices for parking and emergency phones, and used Exelysis APIs to integrate telecom functions with the SCADA system. The turnkey deployment unified operations across the highway’s 300+ km and 10 toll stations, enabled seamless SCADA interaction and interconnection between locations, and delivered consolidated management and reliable communications.
