Bailies Coffee Select Eagle Field Service With An Eye On Growth

Bailies Coffee, an artisan roaster and supplier founded in 1993, had grown into a business that combined coffee roasting with machine supply, barista training and field engineering. As the company expanded into retail and moved to new premises, Bailies needed an integrated, scalable system to automate and better manage field service engineers and support two distinct business units. They selected Exel Computer Systems plc’s Eagle Field Service solution, delivered via Irish reseller Profitsflow.com.

Profitsflow.com implemented the Eagle system from Exel Computer Systems plc, going live with Accounts and Order Processing in December 2013 and then rolling the platform out across Telesales, Field Sales, Field Service, Quality, Stock, Manufacturing and Purchasing. The Field Service module provided job and engineer scheduling, route planning, job information, stock management and improved visibility—resulting in more efficient operations and markedly higher engineer and customer satisfaction.
