Hewlett Packard Enterprise reimagines HPE Discover in 8 weeks with Executive Visions Inc.

Executive Visions Inc. was engaged by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to address a critical challenge. With only eight weeks until its flagship HPE Discover 2020 event, the global COVID-19 lockdown forced HPE to completely reimagine its traditional in-person gathering as a compelling virtual event production.

The EVI team implemented an extended reality (XR) solution using a large LED cube to create immersive, dynamic environments for presenters. This approach was designed to produce broadcast-quality content that would stand out from other virtual events and powerfully support HPE's narrative. While extenuating circumstances prevented the full use of the XR setup on production day, the case study demonstrates the advanced solutions EVI created and the team's readiness to execute this innovative form of virtual event production.
