The UAE's sole distributor for Caterpillar, Mohamad Abdulrahman Al Bahar (MAB), faced the challenge of hosting an immersive 5-day global executive summit in Dubai for up to 80 of Caterpillar's worldwide resellers. MAB appointed vendor Executive Visions EMEA to plan and manage the entire program, which included daily conferences, excursions, and a closing gala dinner.

Executive Visions organized all logistics, accommodations, and activities, culminating in a unique gala dinner at the Armani Hotel. A key feature was a bespoke projection mapping animation on each dinner table that effectively communicated Caterpillar's strategic advances. The solution was a resounding success, with high marks on post-event surveys and a highly positive response from all attendees, making the summit a fabulous success for both MAB and Caterpillar.
