Case Study: netlogix achieves Germany’s first Exclaimer Cloud migration for Office 365 with Exclaimer

netlogix GmbH & Co. KG, a Microsoft Gold Cloud Productivity partner, faced a customer migration from an on‑premises Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition to an Office 365 Germany tenant and needed to maintain consistent, compliant email signatures without moving data out of Germany. To address this, netlogix introduced the customer to Exclaimer Cloud — Signatures for Office 365 — leveraging Exclaimer as the vendor for signature management.

Using Exclaimer Cloud hosted in Microsoft Azure datacenters in Frankfurt and Magdeburg, netlogix configured Office 365 connectors and transport rules to route mail through the regional Exclaimer service, apply signatures, and return messages to Office 365 for delivery. The migration was seamless — all inboxes were transferred, signatures remained consistent across devices, and data residency and compliance (ISO 27001:2013) were preserved. Exclaimer’s cloud solution also removed the need for local installations, provided a web-based management UI, subscription licensing per user, and greater scalability and ease of administration.
