eNerds is an Australian managed service provider (founded 2000, 40+ employees) that was regularly asked by clients to create and manage corporate email signatures. Faced with the inefficiency of manually designing and updating signatures—especially across mobile devices—eNerds became an Exclaimer partner to offer a dedicated email signature solution for on-premises Exchange and, later, for Microsoft Office 365.
eNerds implemented Exclaimer’s signature management platform, enabling clients to self-manage signatures (seasonal banners can be applied in “a few clicks”), automating tasks that previously generated support requests and reducing manual Outlook work. The Exclaimer solution has been adopted by most customers as they moved to the cloud, created a straightforward monthly upsell via eNerds’ CSP billing, and delivered an ongoing additional revenue stream while improving operational efficiency.
