Telecalm - Customer Case Study

teleCalm provides safe phone service for seniors and caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other degenerative diseases. The company’s legacy app needed to be modernized so it could support new features, improve reliability, and scale for future growth. Excellarate partnered with teleCalm to help address these challenges.

Excellarate worked with teleCalm on design analysis and new feature development, building a modern frontend with AngularJS and ReactJS and a robust backend using Node.js and MongoDB, while integrating VoIP and messaging through Plivo, Twilio, and Sakari. The team also implemented a Bitbucket-based CI/CD pipeline to speed delivery and reduce manual effort. As a result, teleCalm successfully launched two production releases and maintained delivery through an all-remote transition during the pandemic.
