Studer Group, a global healthcare advisory firm, needed help from Excellarate to modernize its product portfolio and expand its technology capabilities. Its legacy products, including the Dashboard Portal, Patient Call Manager, Leader Evaluation Manager, and other modules, had not received major refreshes and needed to stay compliant while supporting growing customer demands.

Excellarate evaluated the existing systems, redesigned the multi-product architecture, and developed new tools for dashboards, patient management, leader evaluations, feedback collection, scheduling, and data warehousing. The work accelerated product development, improved access and maintenance, reduced bottlenecks, and enabled stronger performance tuning and business intelligence through Google Analytics and SAS, resulting in a better user experience.
