Leading Life Sciences Company, a premier provider of learning and performance solutions for the life sciences industry, needed Excellarate to enhance its training applications. The client’s Unify Admin tool and learner application managed courses, events, enrollments, reporting, and learner progress, but they required a new UI design, stronger security, and fixes for performance and technical issues.

Excellarate optimized the platform by converting repeated LINQ database calls into stored procedures, adding caching for images, cleaning up unnecessary JavaScript service calls, and improving SignalR scaleout with Azure Redis Cache to better handle polling for more than 300 users. Excellarate also delivered a responsive, redesigned UI for web and iOS and strengthened security with AES-256 encryption, SHA2 password hashing, iOS timeout controls, and automatic token refresh, resulting in a faster, more scalable, and more secure learning experience.
