Case Study: Intertek Alchemy accelerates cloud migration and feature releases with Excellarate

Intertek Alchemy works with Excellarate to build and migrate its applications to the cloud and accelerates feature release for its clients

Intertek Alchemy, a cloud-based training solutions provider for the Manufacturing, Food, and EHS industries, needed help simplifying a complex technology landscape created by acquisitions. To speed development and shorten time to market, the company worked with Excellarate to modernize its Alchemy Manager platform while also building the new Zosi online community and learning ecosystem.

Excellarate used Agile methods to accelerate Alchemy Manager migration, add core features, build internal automation tools, and implement testing across unit, integration, and API layers. For Zosi, Excellarate delivered a React and Node.js application with serverless AWS Lambda microservices. The results included faster feature releases, successful migration of legacy products, completion of Zosi phase 0 with an MVP in restricted internal use, and ongoing phase 1 rollout, with AWS Chime integration with Zoom also underway.
