FuelQuest, a Houston-based provider of on-demand fuel management solutions, needed help accelerating development across several products, including ForeSite, InSite, AVA, and FMS. The company faced a mix of challenges: building new offerings from scratch, adding features to existing platforms, improving performance and scalability, and updating poorly documented systems and automation tools. Excellarate was brought in to support faster go-to-market delivery.

Excellarate built ForeSite as a cloud-first AWS-hosted application, reworked InSite’s code and data model to improve scalability and performance, refactored AVA to unify its architecture and add localization, and supported regression testing and QA automation for FMS. The partnership helped FuelQuest turn a 300-page requirements document into a first product release in just 3 months, while also reducing performance bottlenecks and creating a more cohesive product suite.
