North American Financial Company, a North American consumer lender, needed to rescue a stalled digital transformation initiative that was meant to modernize dealer financing operations and improve the customer experience. After another vendor’s work fell far behind and produced little usable output, the company turned to Excellarate for a dedicated team to rebuild trust, salvage existing assets, and deliver a new integrated customer and dealer portal on a tight timeline.
