Everest Effect, a disaster recovery platform founded in 2019, partnered with Excellarate to enhance its web-based application as demand increased and the company wanted to launch its Marketplace feature quickly. The team needed to move fast during the pandemic while continuing to refine requirements and improve the user experience.

Excellarate used a WordPress-based LAMP stack, AWS hosting, and two-factor authentication, while also supporting crawling integrations to populate resources and ongoing UI/UX and product development. The collaboration enabled continuous development across time zones, and Excellarate delivered the Marketplace months ahead of schedule—launching in March 2020 instead of the planned second half of the year—while also helping Everest Effect save significant time and money.
