With Exceleron’s hosted, integrated prepay platform, Southwest Tennessee EMC enabled customers to pay in advance, track usage, and avoid late fees and disconnections. The utility reported dramatically lower write-offs and improved accounts receivable and cash flow, and one customer with $2,559 in debt fully repaid it over 20 months with no disconnections or collection activity.
