Major Agro PSU - Customer Case Study

Major Agro PSU, a Miniratna public sector enterprise with more than five plants and a nationwide marketing network, faced a large-scale hiring drive as it expanded operations and supported related PSUs. They needed to outsource recruitment for more than 10 technical and non-technical roles across 10 states in dual languages with strict security and confidentiality requirements. ExamOnline was engaged to deliver the solution, using its RegisterOnline application and CBT exam platform.

ExamOnline implemented RegisterOnline to manage the candidate lifecycle and center allocation (using a randomisation algorithm) and ran secure CBTs with controls such as no remote connectivity, disabled USB ports, and an encrypted question bank downloaded to local servers manned by ExamOnline staff; centers were disconnected from the internet during exams. The exams were delivered in four cycles (one cycle ~55,000 candidates), using about 70 centers across 14 cities, and achieved full scale and security with not a single reported incident, enabling timely result processing and successful recruitment.
