How a leading organization utilizes Examonline to certify surveyors for Market Research

Leading Organization, a not-for-profit autonomous body for researchers across India, needed a reliable way to certify market research field executives before they could be deployed by member organizations. To address this challenge, it worked with ExamOnline to run centralized certification tests for surveyors and ensure only properly trained candidates could enter the field.

ExamOnline configured the registration module for internal administrator use, automatically generated hall tickets with test schedules, and enabled biometric authentication and photo capture during exams. The system also produced digitally signed certificates using the candidate’s photo for identification. As a result, more than 1,000 executives have been certified, creating a trusted pool of surveyors and improving both the quality and speed of data collection.
