How WirelessCar Uses Exalate to Streamline Collaboration with Leading Automotive Brands

WirelessCar, a provider of connected digital services for automotive brands, needed to streamline their collaboration with major automotive manufacturer customers. Their process for handling customer tickets from ServiceNow into their own Jira was inefficient and time-consuming, relying heavily on email and a portal. They engaged Riada, an Atlassian solution partner, who recommended the Exalate integration platform to address this challenge.

Using Exalate, Riada implemented a secure synchronization between the customers' ServiceNow instances and WirelessCar's Jira. This solution automated the ticketing process, eliminating emails and allowing each party to work autonomously within their own system while keeping data intact and traceable.
