U.S. Legal Support, a nationwide litigation services firm with over 45 offices, brought its datacenter back in-house and faced the challenge of cost-effectively backing up more than 100 TB of audio, video and case data. Cloud and hosted storage proved expensive and slow—at one point costing over $3,000/month for 30 TB and failing to complete large backups reliably—so the IT team sought a faster, scalable on-premises solution.
