Ixilix, a Pennsylvania-based managed services provider offering disaster recovery, hosting, virtualization and compliance-focused storage, was weighed down by tape-based backups—managing nearly 160 tapes a month, spending significant time on tape administration, and running backups around the clock with long backup windows.
