The City of Kennewick faced challenges with its previous backup solution, which involved costly and complex licensing between Dell EMC Data Domain and Veritas Backup Exec. The city sought to eliminate expensive forklift upgrades and improve its backup and recovery performance. They turned to vendor ExaGrid for a new backup storage solution to be used with Veeam software.
