Tabacalera Perdomo, S.A., a family‑run premium cigar manufacturer led by Nick Perdomo Jr., needed a way to monitor nine buildings and several outdoor areas across its production compound and to manage surveillance remotely from its Miami Lakes headquarters without relying on IT or security staff. Exacq Technologies was selected to provide the video management solution, exacqVision VMS, to meet these operational and security challenges.

Exacq Technologies’ exacqVision VMS was installed on an industry‑standard server with iSCSI recording and manages 49 Axis IP cameras covering production, storage and perimeter areas; Stone Computer, Inc. handled system design and installation. The deployment provides real‑time and recorded views at Miami and two Nicaragua monitoring stations, enables fast searchable investigations and easy export of video, and has improved operational efficiency and asset/employee protection—supporting surveillance across nine buildings with 6.5 TB of recorded storage and, in the customer’s words, exceeding expectations.
