Monarch Community Bank - Customer Case Study

Monarch Community Bank, headquartered in Coldwater, MI, operates five full‑service branches and needed to replace aging time‑lapse VCRs with a modern, easy‑to‑use system to protect customers, employees and assets. The bank required centralized access and simple search/export capabilities for 90 analog cameras across six branches and chose Exacq Technologies’ exacqVision Hybrid video management system.

Exacq Technologies (installed by partner Lakeland Electronics) deployed six exacqVision Hybrid Video Servers, exacqVision server and client software on branch PCs, and connected all sites over the bank WAN to cover 90 cameras. Each branch manager has local client access and Coldwater HQ has three workstations with access to all branches, enabling fast live viewing, quick searches and export to DVD/USB for police. The deployment replaced VCRs, streamlined investigations, improved evidence handling and deterrence, and—per the bank—exceeded usability requirements.
