Milan Cathedral was operating an aging analog CCTV system and needed a more reliable, modern surveillance solution that would protect the site’s historic fabric while reusing existing infrastructure. They turned to Exacq Technologies and its exacqVision product family—deploying exacqVision LC-Series hybrid NVRs and exacqVision Pro VMS—to migrate to IP technology without discarding their current cabling and cameras.

Exacq Technologies installed three exacqVision LC-Series hybrid servers, integrating 32 existing analog cameras and adding 14 SIQR Sentry 2MP IP cameras (installed by local distributor SIQR), with exacqVision Pro preinstalled for centralized management. The system’s SpeedSearch and timeline tools let staff find evidence in a few clicks, improving response time, enabling quick video sharing with police, increasing coverage and image detail, and providing a scalable, future‑proof platform for adding more cameras.
