A Exacq Technologies Case Study
Flagstaff Medical Center, a regional referral hospital in Northern Arizona, faced unreliable CCTV with a mix of DVRs and analog cameras and a VMS that frequently froze, leaving gaps in live and recorded video. Seeking better patient monitoring, reduced operational costs and improved safety, FMC evaluated solutions and selected the exacqVision surveillance platform from Exacq Technologies, installed through integrator Tel Tech Networks.
Exacq Technologies deployed exacqVision Enterprise VMS on a mix of A-Series, Z-Series and EL-Series hybrid servers (17 exacqVision servers total), integrating more than 270 existing analog cameras and new Arecont Vision IP cameras. The system delivered stable live streaming, quick installation, faster incident investigations with easy exports, real-time patient observation on touch screens, fewer patient falls and a measurable reduction in operational costs—significantly improving security and patient care at Flagstaff Medical Center.
