Dinamo Arena in Tbilisi, Georgia — home to FC Dinamo Tbilisi and host of the 2015 UEFA Super Cup — needed to upgrade its access control and CCTV to meet UEFA standards. The stadium required a cost‑effective, user‑friendly video management system that could integrate existing analog and IP cameras, add PTZ coverage of entries and evacuation gates, and support remote monitoring with multiple simultaneous users. Exacq Technologies was selected to supply exacqVision Pro VMS along with Z‑Series recorders and E‑Series encoders.

Exacq Technologies deployed exacqVision Pro on a Z‑Series server with 9 E‑Series encoders, new Panasonic cameras and integration of 36 existing analog and 3 existing IP cameras — a total installation of 74 cameras — enabling digital PTZ, automated tours, video‑wall display and mobile monitoring. The solution lets hundreds of remote clients connect simultaneously, sped incident response and investigations, reduced training time with an intuitive client, and delivered an affordable, scalable security platform that improved crowd management and overall arena security.
