A Exacq Technologies Case Study
Denison State Bank, a Kansas-based community bank with five full-service branches, needed to replace aging time‑lapse VCRs and deploy a surveillance system that could work with existing analog cameras and new high‑resolution megapixel cameras while remaining intuitive for branch staff. They engaged Exacq Technologies to provide exacqVision Hybrid video management systems and software to better protect customers, employees and assets and to simplify day‑to‑day video search and export.
Exacq Technologies implemented five exacqVision EL Hybrid servers managing 22 analog and 8 3‑megapixel IP cameras across the bank’s branches, with client software on each branch manager’s PC and centralized access at the main branch over the bank’s MPLS T1 WAN. The solution delivered high‑resolution coverage of lobbies and teller lines, made recorded video fast to search and export to DVD/USB for police, and has helped Denison State Bank identify suspects and reduce crime—a measurable improvement in incident investigation and evidence sharing across all five branches.
