BP Slagboom - Customer Case Study

BP Slagboom, a fuel and convenience store in Amsterdam, faced persistent drive-offs and deliberate pump-number misreporting by customers. To solve this the station sought a video surveillance system that would integrate with its existing systems and let attendants visually confirm vehicles and pumps; they selected Exacq Technologies’ exacqVision Enterprise VMS through local integrator Emka Safarm.

Emka Safarm installed Exacq Technologies’ exacqVision VMS with four EverFocus IP cameras, 14 existing analog cameras via a 16‑channel encoder, and workstations at the register and office, integrating the system with ABT LPR and Tokheim EPOS data. The Exacq Technologies solution lets staff pull the exact video for a receipt, pump number, event or time, verify that the paying customer matches the vehicle, export footage within minutes, and has reduced drive-offs and fraud while improving usability and overall station security.
