Baptist Health - Customer Case Study

Baptist Health, a large Arkansas healthcare system with more than 175 points of access, needed to modernize and expand its video surveillance while protecting patients, staff and assets across multiple campuses. System Security Director Max Savoy selected the exacqVision VMS solution from Exacq Technologies (installed through ArCom Systems) to replace and integrate legacy analog cameras with new IP cameras and deliver centralized, easy-to-use monitoring.

Exacq Technologies deployed an exacqVision A‑Series hybrid server plus three Dell COTS servers running exacqVision VMS, integrated with Cisco switches and a growing network of more than 300 IP and analog cameras (including 80 IP cameras added in the past year). The exacqVision solution provides web and mobile access, incremental expansion via IP licenses, and has measurably reduced pilferage and slip‑and‑fall incidents, improved operational oversight and productivity, and is being rolled out across Baptist Health’s facilities.
