Audi Educates and Trains Employees Using Interactive Content

Audi Training South East Asia wanted a better way to engage dealer network employees in hands-on product training, especially as remote learning became more important during the COVID-19 pandemic. They needed a method that would make tasks clear, motivate completion, and confirm that participants truly understood the material. Audi worked with EX.CO and its interactive content platform to address this challenge.

Using the EX.CO Platform, Audi created Trivia Experiences that had participants search for answers within the vehicle itself, adding gamification through rankings and prizes. EX.CO also helped Audi produce more than 25 pieces of content for use with Zoom and Google Classroom. The results included an average dwell time of 3:24 minutes, an 86% average engagement rate, and a 76% average completion rate, while analytics on the EX.CO Platform helped Audi measure knowledge retention and identify areas needing further explanation.
