EnterCard, a leading Scandinavian credit company with two million customers, wanted to move away from paper-based invoicing and create a more personal, secure, and efficient customer experience. To achieve this, EnterCard partnered with EVRY to digitalize and streamline invoice distribution through a multichannel digital process.

EVRY helped EnterCard create Digital Hub, a common platform for invoicing and document distribution across all operating countries, making it easier to launch new features and improve service delivery. The result was a dramatic increase in digitalization rates, reaching 99.9% in Denmark and over 90% in Norway, while Sweden rose from 20% to about 45%, alongside faster, more cost-effective operations and reduced paper use.
