Case Study: Medcorder achieves faster care-team decision-making with Evrone

How we successfully helped a tech leader build an automated healthcare app for care teams

Medcorder, founded by Silicon Valley veteran David E. Weekly, needed a way to improve doctor-patient communication and help care teams manage complex treatment information. After Weekly’s family experienced the difficulty of relaying medical details during a serious illness, Evrone was brought in to turn that idea into an automated healthcare app built with Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Storage, Google Speech Recognition, and Flutter.

Evrone designed Medcorder’s concept, UI, MVP, and serverless backend, while also creating a custom open-source audio recording plugin for iOS and Android. The app evolved into a platform for patients, doctors, and family care teams, launched publicly in June 2018, and helped drive strong momentum for the business, including a $2.5 million seed round.
