Bell Holding, a packaging industry stakeholder and recycling facility operator, faced challenges in obtaining reliable recycling data and achieving clean separation of waste at its source. Partnering with technology vendor Evreka and utilizing its digital tracking infrastructure, they implemented the To-Ka service to address these obstacles and meet sustainability targets.

Evreka's solution was the To-Ka mobile application and a coordinated system of recycling vending machines and scheduled collections, which incentivized users to recycle. This created a transparent, closed-loop system for transforming waste back into packaging. The results were highly successful, with the model engaging over 1,600 users, achieving 100% reusability or recyclability of collected plastic, incorporating 25% post-consumer recycled plastic, and reducing approximately 17 tons of CO2 emissions.
