The Malcolm Group, a UK logistics, construction and maintenance provider with over 2,300 employees across 10 sites and 12 customer sites, faced poor visibility of health and safety performance from a paper- and email-based system, duplicated data entry, and difficulty sharing best practice and on-site records. To address these challenges they worked with Evotix and deployed the Assure health & safety solution to improve reporting access, data quality and local ownership of safety processes.

Evotix implemented and configured Assure to replicate existing templates, enable web and mobile entry, centralise policies and risk assessments, and deliver dashboards and reports to spot trends and hotspots. As a result, Malcolm Group saw a significant increase in near-miss and incident reporting across all sites, eliminated double data entry (reducing administration time), and gained real-time visibility to identify and resolve issues earlier.
