How Origin Housing Improved Fire Safety, Employee Well-being and Resident Satisfaction

Origin Housing, a registered social landlord with 7,000+ employees, was relying on paper forms and spreadsheets for health and safety, creating heavy administrative overhead, poor visibility of risks and trends, weak action management and limited ability for frontline staff and residents to report issues.
